Nhi Nhi Store sells sleepwear online from Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This page explains what personal data we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you order: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address (or that you prefer a meet-up) and any note you add. When you pay: the receipt or screenshot you upload and any reference you type. If you create an account: your password (stored scrambled, so nobody can read it), and if you choose, your email and a saved delivery address. We never ask for card numbers or bank logins: you pay by bank transfer, QR or cash outside the website.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, check your payment, and contact you on WhatsApp about your order. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
Who can see it
Only the shop. When we post your order, we give the courier your name, phone number and address. Payment receipts are stored privately and only the shop can open them.
Cookies
We only use cookies the site needs to work: your cart, your language and keeping you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including payment receipts, for as long as we need them for delivery, returns and our business and tax records. Account details stay until you delete your account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: log in, open My account and choose "Delete account". Your password, email and saved address are removed straight away and the account can no longer be used. Orders you already placed stay in our records, as described above, so we can still deliver them. To ask us to correct or remove any other data, contact us.
